This church is the reason I left Christianity as a whole. I was a rape survivor and my PTSD symptoms were made worse by the pastoral team’s victim blaming behaviour. They even demonised the Me Too movement and showed me a Bible verse that says god will punish women who got raped.

I got excommunicated from this church for reporting a fellow CK volunteer who molested a 5-year-old boy with autism. Church management would not allow me to report this pedo to the police simply because he had a good track record as a volunteer and also because he is well-liked by most members of the pastoral team. That whole saga caused me to leave the christian faith as I don't understand how god would allow pedos to exist in his church and even defend them!

A covenant kids teacher at this church also asked my son to send him his nude photos and followed him back home. Church management did not take my complaint seriously when I brought this up, then they excommunicated me when I reported that pedo to the police. Good riddance cause why would anyone trust a pro-pedo church??

A Covenant Kids volunteer at this church once asked my underage child out on a date at his house and even spilled his phone number and address. He also asked my child to send him nude photos. Church management did not take my report seriously even after I brought this up. Totally regret sending my child to their children’s program in the first place.

Same here. Got molested by a Sunday school teacher at this church when I was 8 and to make matters worse my parents didn’t believe me when I told them and I even got victim-blamed for it. That whole traumatising ordeal made me leave the faith

Used to attend this church also until one sermon in particular in which the pastor made an inappropriate and ***ist joke that made me question my faith. I don’t understand how these misogynistic men are allowed to spearhead a place that is supposed to be a peaceful and safe haven for everyone.

I once attended a disturbing sermon at this church in which the pastors said the Me Too movement is demonic. Their claim is that the movement elevates women above men, going against God’s original plan for humanity. Few days after that sermon a molestation allegation directed at a pastor’s friend came out and the victim was told not to report it as men have ownership over women as claimed by this church. I was so disturbed by this pro-molester church that I left them for good.

CCMC aka ***ual Assault land because my sis who attended this church got SA'd by a congregant who is very close to one of the pastors here. The pastoral team then threatened to excommunicate her if she does not drop her police report. My sis got so traumatized it made her scared of attending church again. Definitely would advise staying away from this bunch of sickos!
