But I just used my card. Can work and so not suspended. Never returned call.

Got this msg too
got thru to AMEX customer service and verified that it was a glitched in their IT System. Card Holder should not worry and can ignore the message.
My app is also suspended
I received the same scam.. I think they got major hacked.. even the real phone nos I called listed behind my card are all engaged
Received text message from usual AMEX verification number with text:

Looks like a scam because my cards are still working when accessed via internet login

Called and verify with AMEX who acknowledged msg was sent out to ALL their card holders because of a glitch in their IT system. Card holders should not worry about this.
Same scam message stating 12X of all cards across all banks in Singapore has been exceeded and to call 68801500. Worrying this in that the SMS appeared to originate from SMSE gateway of AMEX and it stated the exact total number of Amex cards I have active as of date!

Received same text from AMEX on suspension of my card. Likely scam.

assume it's a scam sms, it says it's AMEX.
