It's very likely a scam. I've picked up the call at least 4 times before, every time a voice introduces herself as amelia and starts talking about "upgrading medishield". It always replies with the exact same phrases, regardless of what you say, and ends off the call saying that she'll get back to me. I don't even have medisheild. Confirm a scam.
